The Guardian’s Felicity Cloake shares stories from her culinary travels, in conversation with adventurer and author Emily Chappell (please note: Emily is only hosting on the April dates) .

Felicity travels the world looking for food: she’s cycled round France in search of the perfect croissant; toured the UK comparing breakfasts; and these events tie in with the paperback launch of her latest book, ‘‘Peach Street to Lobster Lane’, based on a coast-to-coast trip across America in the election year of 2023..

Felicity has written the Guardian’s ‘How to Make the Perfect…’ column since 2009 and is author of six acclaimed books.

Emily Chappell, of course, has been a popular guest in her own right at our shows many times and is best-known for her books What Goes Around (about her life as a bike messenger) and Where There’s A Will (about her forays into endurance bike racing.)
